Scope and operator
These terms govern the Omnilude Tools web service and related features provided by Omnilude, operated by Jongmin Kim. By using the service, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and notices shown for individual features.

Service and processing boundaries
Omnilude Tools provides text, development, image, everyday, calculation, and time utilities without requiring registration. Many tools process inputs in your browser, but not every feature is local-only.
Features that require a server or external provider—including IP lookup, YouTube metadata and transcript retrieval, platform feedback, error handling, and security controls—send the requested values and limited connection information as needed to perform the feature.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not bypass security, exploit vulnerabilities, distribute malware, make excessive automated requests, disrupt the service, resell it without permission, or use it for unlawful or infringing purposes.
Requests or feature access may be limited when a violation, security risk, or rights infringement is identified.
Your inputs and third-party content
You must have the right to use any text, image, URL, video identifier, or other material you load into a tool. Do not submit personal, confidential, or sensitive information unless it is necessary and you understand how the selected feature works.
Content and metadata from services such as YouTube remain subject to the provider's terms and rights policies. Access through a tool does not grant permission to copy, distribute, or commercially exploit third-party content.
Advertising and external services
The service may display Google AdSense advertising and may use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Microsoft Clarity to understand usage and improve quality. Activation can vary by runtime configuration and regional consent settings.
Each external provider's terms and privacy policy apply. Blocking ads or cookies, or an external provider outage, may limit parts of the interface or a feature.
Accuracy, availability, and responsibility
Calculations, conversions, analysis, and external lookup results are provided for reference. Verify important medical, legal, financial, safety, engineering, or other consequential decisions against source material and qualified standards.
Omnilude uses reasonable care to operate the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free output, fitness for a particular purpose, or permanent preservation of browser-stored data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Changes, governing law, and contact
Features, advertising, integrations, and these terms may change for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. Material changes will be announced through the service with an effective date.
Korean law governs these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Questions can be sent to omnilude@gmail.com.
